This will be a Sublease either month to month or up to 6 months. We can extend if necessary. $2000/mo (unfurnished) + 500 deposit. If you want your room furnished it will be $2250 a month.
Rent includes: Utilities- Internet, Cable and Trash, 1 car parking space in garage, access to 2 community gyms in Playa Vista. The Resort gym here is super nice. This is included in the rent.
We will split the Gas- monthly, Electric, Water and Power -- every two months.

I am a professional F in my mid-thirties. I work from home, but I'm in/out throughout the day. I have a small French Bulldog under 20 lbs. I don't smoke, don't do drugs, very clean and tend to keep to myself, but very-easygoing. I am looking for a roommate who is dog-friendly, non-smoker, NO drugs, friendly, and responsible.
